Once all required information has been received and confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders over €100 or more.

Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Delivery Times

We work with trusted international carriers, including DHL International.

The total delivery time, including order processing, preparation, and shipping, is generally between 4 and 9 business days.

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe and keep you informed throughout the shipping process.


Delays

While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including customs clearance procedures, carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or other unforeseen logistical events.

HEGOR FASHION cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.


Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the situation.
