At HEGOR FASHION, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once this 30-day period has expired.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Not be damaged by the customer
- Not be a discounted or sale item (unless defective)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use
- Products returned without original packaging
Exception: Sale items may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or have a proven manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return

- Photos if the product is damaged or defective
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Supporting photos may be required.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping labels are not provided by HEGOR FASHION and must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team before returning the product.
